Dental Office Design Inspiration in Seattle

Dental office design is very important in dental practice. Every dentist wants to attain the highest performance possible from a dental practice. After ensuring you have the best facilities and equipment, you still need to improve the working environment. It is for this reason that I travelled 3500 miles around Seattle to learn from 4 dentists. I had important conversations and observed creative solutions in dentistry. I hope to learn the different styles of doing certain things and share what I have learnt to help ease the dentists’ job.

Choosing not to rely on conflicting ideas on what dental practice should look like, I found it necessary to learn from active practitioners. Over time, I have learnt that the choice of the environment we work is one of the biggest decisions a dentist has to make.

In my trip to the first dentistry office in Seattle, I learnt that the resident dentist used a small room. With a cabinetry around the walls, the room looked even smaller. This was also a cosmetic dentistry specialist. From colourful walls to designer seats, the second dentist committed to making their environment homely and welcoming. I also visited a boutique office, which is arguably the most innovative office in the world.

Like her counterparts in this city, she has advanced Dentistry technology equipment from the electronic chair to the operator equipment.
